Author Guidelines

Submission Preparation Checklist

Authors are required to ensure that their submission meets the following criteria before submitting to  Doupe Journal of Top Trending Technologies:

1. Manuscript Word Count:

   • The manuscript must be between 2500 and 5000 words.

   • Ensure proper referencing for all sources.

2. References:

   • All references must include URLs and adhere to the APA (American Psychological Association) citation style. For example:

     • Journal Article: Smith, J. (2023). Advances in AI Technology. Journal of Emerging Trends in Technology, 10(2), 45-60. https://doi.org/10.1234/jet.v10i2.56789

     • Book: Brown, P. (2020). The Future of Technology. New York, NY: TechPress.

     • Website: Doe, J. (2022). Innovations in Renewable Energy. Retrieved from https://www.example.com/renewable-energy

3. Content Accessibility:

   • Use a minimal number of equations to make the content understandable to a broad audience.

4. File Format:

   • Submissions must be made in a Word document (.doc or .docx) format.

   • Authors do not need to format or align the manuscript as per journal requirements. The editorial team will handle formatting and alignment.

5. Title and Abstract:

   • Provide a concise and descriptive title.

   • Include an abstract (150-250 words) summarizing the purpose, methodology, key findings, and implications of the research.

6. Content Organization:

   • Ensure the manuscript contains clearly defined sections such as Introduction, Methodology, Results, Discussion, Conclusion, and References.

   • Figures, tables, and supplementary materials should be appropriately numbered and referenced within the text.

7. Authorship and Contributions:

   • All authors must have significantly contributed to the manuscript.

   • Provide contact information for the corresponding author.

   • Disclose any potential conflicts of interest.

8. Ethical Standards:

   • Research involving human participants or animals must adhere to ethical guidelines and include necessary approvals.

   • Data and methods should comply with ethical and professional standards.

9. Plagiarism and Originality:

   • Ensure the manuscript is an original work and has not been published elsewhere.

   • Perform a plagiarism check to verify originality.

10. Language and Proofreading:

    • Proofread the manuscript thoroughly for grammar, spelling, and punctuation errors.

    • If needed, consider using a professional language editing service.

11. Permissions and Copyrights:

    • Obtain necessary permissions for copyrighted materials.

    • Agree to transfer copyright to the journal upon acceptance of the manuscript.

12. Submission:

By checking these items, authors affirm that their submission adheres to the journal’s standards and guidelines. Non-compliance with these requirements may result in delays in the review process or rejection of the manuscript.
