Submission Preparation Checklist

Authors are required to ensure that their submission meets the following criteria before submitting to  Doupe Journal of Top Trending Technologies:

  1. Manuscript Word Count:

    • The manuscript must be between 2500 and 5000 words.

    • Ensure proper referencing for all sources.

    • Submissions must be made in a Word document (.doc or .docx) format.

    • Authors do not need to format or align the manuscript as per journal requirements. The editorial team will handle formatting and alignment.

  5. Title and Abstract:

    • Provide a concise and descriptive title.

    • Include an abstract (150-250 words) summarizing the purpose, methodology, key findings, and implications of the research.

  6. Content Organization:

    • Ensure the manuscript contains clearly defined sections such as Introduction, Methodology, Results, Discussion, Conclusion, and References.

    • Figures, tables, and supplementary materials should be appropriately numbered and referenced within the text.

  7. Authorship and Contributions:

    • All authors must have significantly contributed to the manuscript.

    • Provide contact information for the corresponding author.

    • Disclose any potential conflicts of interest.

  8. Ethical Standards:

    • Research involving human participants or animals must adhere to ethical guidelines and include necessary approvals.

    • Data and methods should comply with ethical and professional standards.

  9. Plagiarism and Originality:

    • Ensure the manuscript is an original work and has not been published elsewhere.

    • Perform a plagiarism check to verify originality.

  10. Language and Proofreading:

    • Proofread the manuscript thoroughly for grammar, spelling, and punctuation errors.

    • If needed, consider using a professional language editing service.

  11. Permissions and Copyrights:

    • Obtain necessary permissions for copyrighted materials.

    • Agree to transfer copyright to the journal upon acceptance of the manuscript.

  12. Submission:

By checking these items, authors affirm that their submission adheres to the journal’s standards and guidelines. Non-compliance with these requirements may result in delays in the review process or rejection of the manuscript.
